The challenge

Middle East (location undisclosed). A specialist unit within a Middle Eastern military requested Tactical Trauma Care (TTC) training as part of a wider package delivered by the UK Government. We were selected as the specialist provider for the medical element, working alongside the UK Government team.

Our approach

Following liaison with the UK Government training team and a training needs analysis, we deployed a four-person faculty from the UK with all the equipment required, rather than relying on sourcing specialist training equipment in-country.

The result

Our team delivered a six-day course combining practical and theory sessions, supported by an interpreter to overcome language barriers. The training was very well received, with excellent feedback from senior levels of the host nation's military.

The outcome

A clear example of our ability to plan, set up and deliver high-quality, government-level training anywhere in the world.
